Default What is THIS Part?

I was vaccuuming the car the other day, and i was cleaning under the driver's seat when I found this weird looking piece just lying around. It kinda looks like a hanger of some sort, but maybe some can identify exactly what this is. I have a 2001 Tiburon, so maybe 2nd Gen owners, you can help me out. Here are the links (Pics are around 300KB):

Its the clip that attaches to the carpet and holds the end of the floor mat near the seat.

Yeah, it is the carpet anchor to one of the two front floor mats...

I was helping the old lady clean her tiburon last summer & she stumbled upon a plastic piece of duct (looked like a HVAC vent) laying under the pass seat! LOL
We tossed it in the trunk since we couldn't figure out where exactly it was supposed to attach to (yes, I looked under the dash for the blower vents ).

That's supposed to be there. It routes under the carpet into the center console, then up behind the dash. It's to heat/cool the rear seat area.

Ok, thanks, that makes sense then. I suppose there should be one for the passenger side as well... hmm guess I'm missing one. Oh well

Thanks
