Wow, and a 6-speed too? That is just too cool! Too bad both my Tibby's are still really new or I'd get a 2002.

I keep running through my head exactly what I want to do. I am definately keeping the 2000 Tib as a 1st car but I am getting rid of my truck at the end of the year and getting a 2nd Hyundai.
The choices are a 2002 Tib or I will get an Accent and do a 2.0ltr Beta swap. Both will be fast but I can't decide. Maybe I will win the Lotto and do both.LOL

Wow guys,
thanks for such a strong reply to this topic! Anyway, one of my most favorite things about the 01' Tibby is the HEADLIGHTS... just look at the KORE motorsports banner on this site...it shows the tib's lights on the banner.......ahhhhh...(drool......) so nice.......

i am hoping that the 02' tib will have the same lights. (but if it doesn't, thats still cool with me, dude!)
Thanks for the great response to my topic guys KEEP IT COMING!!! (i like those flaming folder's that they give you if it has 20 or more responses ...it loooks phat..)
thanks again guys!

~julian

I definately wouldn't mind trading mine 4 cylinder for a v-6. Maybe the 2002 will have a little bit better low end power heheheh : D

That's a good point. We're expecting around 200+ hp. Any idea on the torque numbers? I'm sure it'll be a lot more than 135.... maybe 160+?

Sorry Julian but it does not have the round headlights. The front end still looks pretty tight along with the rest of the car. You may especially like the "shark gills" that Hyundai is adding to the front fender.
