serious question about bbthrottlebody?

I just purchased the big bore throttle body, i have not recieved it yet but i wonder with only a header intake and HKS exhaust will it be over kill? and are there any mods there not telling me i will need?

The only problem I had out of mine is, there's a coolant hose going through the factory one,and there's not a spot for the hose hook up on the big bore throttle, so I just made the hose recycle back to the engine.You'll see what I mean when you put it in. Unless somebody can explain it better.
