How much power does the 1999 Tiburon have??? - Hyundai Performance Forums

Hey im from Australia, and am considering purchashing the 2.0L 4cylinder 1999 RD Tiburon. I was just wondering how many kilowatts this thing produces at the flywheel and also at the wheels???

Ahh i thought that might be the case. In Australia they measure power in kilowatts. You guys probs do it in horsepower?

If I did my conversion properly.. the listed 140 hp (I think this was downgraded in later literature equals to roughly 104 Kilowatts. Does that sound right to you?

Apparently from a source on the net i have found, the 1999 tib has 102kw

I think there is a conversion from HorsePower to kW ? I think they teach it in high school science classes still.
