turbo question and lightened flywheel

i have a 2.0l 1997 tiburon would putting a turbo on do any damage to the engine and if so what would stop this from happening how much could i pic up a turbo and how much extra bhp would be given also what does a lightened flywheel do and does it give you more power iam am after big power gains without nos
