Cat Converter in Tiburon 98

I remove cat in my tib, and from that time "check engine" light glow
what i can do now, can i som how emulate cat in ECM ???

does the 98 tib have a second sensor after the cat?
well anyway, cats are there for emissions reasons and thats why the check engine light is on because something is wrong with the car, the cat is missing
