Default Power Locks: Standard Option?

I have a question that has really been bugging me. Every Tiburon I hear of has power locks. I know that it's a cheesy setup where only the passenger door has an actuator, but it is still power locks. Are they a standard option on our cars or what? The reason I ask is, mine either does not have that option, or it doesn't work. I bought it used so I wouldn't know what was standard or not.

Depends on country and dealer.
Some countries have different models with different options.
Some dealers make their own 'packs' up that include various options.

I believe in Australia, power/central locking came on all models of Coupe/Tib

for me they told me that it didnt have the option but not that long before I bought the car used from the dealership they brought it to a car audio and security place where they installed a great security system and at the same time installed power locks

I put my own in, I just didn't use the 5-wire locks, so the only way to 'power' lock them is to use the alarm remote.

Thanks for bringing this up, I've always forgot to ask but it's really been bugging me. The way my car is, is that when I unlock the driver door both the passenger and the driver doors unlock. But when I try to unlock from the passenger side none of the doors will unlock. I took it too the dealership where I bought it but they aren't a certified Hyundai dealership (nearest one is 2 1/2 hrs away) and they said that it's supposed to be like that. So I'm wondering if they're right (and if they are then why is there a keyhole on the passenger door) or if they are just blowing smoke up my a$$.
And if anyone knows a way to fix it easily I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

I say the easiest way to find if you have power door locks is to check your fuse compartment and see if you have a relay installed where the power door lock module is connected to the fuse box. That sounds a hell of a lot easier than ripping your door apart.

They are standard on the 2nd gen but were optional on the 1st gen

I believe they were standard on the FX model though, not 100% sure...
