Default hid kit

im ready to buy a hid kit for my 2001 hyundai tiburon and i need the instructions before hand to see how they r installed .............yes i know the instruction come with the kit but like i said i want to see step by step process on how to install the kit before i buy it...........is a HID PLUS II Conversion Kit 7000K Crystal Blue White for H7 Type Bulb or can i get something higher then that and is it gonna look really hot for my 2001 hyundai tiburon i mean as good as the saab 9-3 coupe hid kit

If your interested in buying an HID kit you had better just buy it if you want it that bad because a place in Madison, WI...... said that as of august (15) or something they are going to be illegal to have in your car... now dont get me wrong i dont know what the laws are going to be in New York but in Wisconsin i know it is going to be illegal to convert your normal headlights over to HID headlights .... just my $0.02 thats all!!!

Dude..that is so stupid. Why would they care anyways. I could see if they were distractions or blinding other people..but when installed and setup properly...they look completely stock!
