Default fvckin-A!!

alright. i've posted in the past of a "faulty cat" reading(CEL). since i dont have a cat, i figured that the prob. was the rear o2 sensor,. since i've had the cat off for about 7 months w/ out probs..
so i bought the piece, installed it, and it still runs the samwe. so whats the deal??
what'll help?
new cat?
engine rebuild(have probs. w/ rings)?
front o2?
new header to fix leaking manifold??
fire-bomb the damn thing??
its funny, cause i know whats wrong w/ this car, its just the economics holding me up...
but to solve this particular prob, what should i look into next?? i will be getting a new cat shortly...
and can a bad clutch cause my shitty running car???
thank you!

cars are funny sometimes..
i pretty much know what my real major problems are. i just hope i can get them taken care of before something else decides to ruin my life.
my exhaust is leaking at the manifold. theres a couple cracks. niot worth having it welded again. plus theres a broken hanger. and, since the flex pipe is origional, i'm thinking its broken as well.
basically io need a new exhaust.....again. or at least re-worked.
then theres the engine. i must have bad rings. air coming out the filler hole w/ the cap off. oil smell. i'm losing oil. probably seaping under the rings and out of the exhaust.
basically i'm fvcked. for now, anyway.
