Default Can this be physically possible?

I wanna put a small speedometer and tach on a passenger side guage pillar so my friends stop bumping me out of gear at 90+ MPH so they can see how fast we're going just so they can say "this is too fast" as im downshifting and passing people...(My friends are no fun) Im just wondering if theres a way that i can do that without having to lose MY 2 meters, cuz...mine are more important for ME to see than my dorky driver, i just think it'd be kinda cool.

Oh, and I know that this is really really Fast N Furious'ish...But is there ANY way I can make my exhaust throw flames like the one race scene in F'N'F1? If so...how? Is there something special I need?
