Does anyone with an auto 97 Tibby have any problems with their tranny slipping bad when you kick it down the first couple of times <img src=/images/forums/snitz/mad.gif width=16 height=16 border=0> Should I spen the money and have it checked out or should I leave it alone <img src=/images/forums/snitz/uhh.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

when was last time u checked your fluid level????

The fluid is fine. I was actually going to change it in a month or so. I thought by changing it, that might solve my problem.

I had problems with my 97 Auto tranny plenty of times.Since i had my car for 3 years they replaced 3 Trannys under warranty Though!!
Once i converted my car from Auto to 5 speed my problems were over

I have a 99 with my 2nd Tranny in it already!
