Question about EVO C/F hood in SR

[TIBURONG]

THey have the hole(i think called hoop) on the hood, right?
and when raining can I just drive or I have to fill the hold with something?

And if water comes inside of the hood, is it very dangerous?

While you're actually moving, the slipstream over the car will prevent most of the water from getting in. But it doesn't matter either way. Water can get in there all day long with no problems. If you get snow where you live though, cover them during winter.
