Yeah, um how do i know which shifter i need for my 01..? is there an easier way to tell besides the color of...the...ummm...bushing or something?? pretty much...how can i tell at all??:dead:

Go through steps 1 through 3 of the guide. If your shifter looks like the one in the guide, you need the '97-'00 shifter. The '01 shifter looks completely different. BTW, my car (the one in the guide) is an '01, but it uses the '97-'00 shifter.

If your shifter looks like the one in my guide (not the one pictured above), then the cables are the same.
