Default Shift Knob?????

Easy one for the day...How does the shift knob in a 2001 tib come off?? Is it screwed on or is there a small set screw..Don't want to damamge the oem piece looked everywhere including WEBTECH but to no avail....

2ND GEN????? If so you just have to apply a bit of force to it when turning it, twist towards the passenger side, or counterclockwise, and it will just come off, no screws holding it on, if its the first time taking it off, it will be quite a bit easier if you use something with good grip, a t-shirt works good.

Unscrews no problems.. just counter clockwise.. comes off no problem.. replaced a few under warrenty cause the silver center's kept chippin...
