Default B&M short shifter

Does it make the shifter shorter at all?....or just the throw shorter? and does it come with that nifty billet shift knob?

are there any that make the throw shorter and the shifter shorter?

any help on short shifters would be appreciated cause i plan to purchase one this winter when i start work again.

Yes, it makes the shifter physically shorter as well as the throw. Not sure about the shift knob...I doubt it though.
