First, welcome aboard to HP.com where you will be able to find anything you need Hyundai related with a good atmosphere...

Second, What do you mean by kit? If you mean as painting one... you have to do it yourself. If you're looking for a total dash, check junk yards or something... i'm talking about like replacing parts of the stock dash with like carbon fiber or something else. i thought about painting but the color of my car is deep purple and i don't know what color to do it in.

Red has a Carbon Fiber dash, he won it ages ago. Too bad the pix don't work, it looks nice, but the carbon fiber doesn't continue onto the door, so it looks weird (IMHO)

Yes
97-99 - 1st gens
00-01 (and technically 02) - 2nd gens

It should fit fine.
