Default Stock Exhuast Manifold has XD on it?

I just noticed the other day when I was straightening the garage that my stock exhaust manifold has "XD" stamped on it. Isn't an XD an elantra? Is this common? (I drive a 01 tib)

Then I was just about to buy the XD cam and I noticed on a web site that it was said it only fit thru 2000 model RD2's. So I am holding off until I fing out something. Hyundai didn't have a brain fart and throw an XD engine in my car did they? I find this very unlikely, I would just hate to buy the cam I already have...

I put an XD cam in my '01 Tib. Works fine. If I was going to do it again, I'd get the 1.8L cam instead.

Towards the end of the production run of the 01 tibs, they started using XD parts. My manifold (01 tib) also has XD stamped on it.
