aaaaww, no prob.

Search for a couple recent posts and you'll find tons of info about doing it. You have to remove 3 mounts to install a clutch, so I did it while they were out. It's simple. The passenger side mount is the one that stays, but you can take that one out also in 5 minutes. Just pack the stuff in there and let them dry as long as possible before putting them back in.

The results are great. The shifts are a lot more solid and pulls the car in a solid motion, instead of having a rubbery slingshot effect. I haven't been to the track to see if it eliminates wheel hop though.

I will be doing mine soon. Some time this winter when I do not feel like working to much.. I will take the car off of the road for a couple of days, pull the mounts, and fill them. I would do it when I replace the timing belt.. but I am doing the belt at one of the places I work at and would need to drive the car home afterwards.

Do these mounts stop the slouchiness of the motor as you step off the gas pedal? Ie.... my engine seems to lay back if i step of the throttle quickly or jump on the pedal quickly?

Yes, poly mounts would stop that. If you plan on modifying your stock mounts, make sure you drill holes all the way through the stock rubber. Some mounts are liquid filled. You'll want to get all that liquid crap out, so you can replace it with the stiffer polyurethane.

one word of caution, the stiffer/more solid you make the mounts, the more vibration, noise and harshness will enter the frame, and thus be felt by you in the passenger compartment.

Could this also be down to my mounts being worn as the car has done 50kmiles and i doubt they have been replaced at all?
