Default CEL: what's up?

Today I changed the oil in my Tib, and after driving for about 10 miles my CEL came on. There was no performance loss, and the car was still running fine, so it wasn't in limp mode or anything critical. I pulled over and checked my oil level and looked under the car to make sure that nothing was leaking. The only other thing that I can think of is that I just had a custom exhaust and headers put on, but the o2 sensor was properly relocated, and i've driven for about 200 miles with that setup. I also tried resetting the ECU and that didn't clear up the light problem. I'm guessing that I'm going to need a scan tool to figure this one out unless you guys have any ideas.

Sounds silly, but try taking off the oil cap and then putting it back on again... Not sure if it is true of the Hyundai's but I know that some GM cars will through a CEL if there is not enough pressure in the area beneath the rocker cover...If it is sensative, even a small air leak could be causing your CEL .. Crap explanation, but you get the idea!

it has to do with the installation of your exhaust and header..

Darnit, I was hoping that was not the issue... what can I do to correct this? Do I need a piggyback computer? I really need the CEL to go away because my car has to pass e-check in about 2 months.

I guess at this point I am wondering if its possible to have a highly modified car that has no weird problems and passes emissions. I hope that all that I need is a piggyback ECU or to simply remove the oil cap as someone had stated before. I'll have to try that and reset the ECU as soon as I get off work I guess.

Update: When I got home, I unhooked the battery and after hooking it back up, that seems to have cleared up the problem for the time being. I tried the oil cap thing, but that didn't seem to work. I guess I'll see if the reset fixes it.
