Default Help with my car

I own a 2001 Tibron and I know nothing about cars. I want to increase horse power and driveing performance. I want to get an exhaust system, short throw shifter, headers, and a cool-air intake but I dont know what kind or where to order. If anyone can help me please I would be very thankfull.

ok for starters.. i recommend going with a cold air intake first (CAI).. now which one depends on how much your willing to spend.. if money is not really an issue and you want to get a top quality cold air intake then go with AEM or INJEN.. i would personally go with AEM.. but do some research on both to see which one you like better.. but if money is an issue.. you can get some knock off intakes on ebay for more then half the price of both AEM and Injen..

Same with and exhaust system.. you can either get a custom catback exhaust made for your car or order a bolt on catback which fits directly with your car... with a custom catback.. all you have to do is buy any muffler or go to a exhaust shop and get one there and also tell them to custom bend a MANDREL bent pipe for your exhaust.. or if your willing to spend the money you can get a great catback exhaust by MBRP.. there has been many good things said about MBRP and their catback.. but it is a bit pricey.. or if you want to save a bit of money you can get the OBX catback..

as for a header.. you can get an obx header which is popular because it is the lowest priced header you can get for a tib.. but there are others that are said to be "better" such as hwarang.. HVE.. and others..

for a short throw shifter.. many good things to be said about the B&M short shifter.. obx is there as well but there are mixed reviews about that one.. if you want to get one soon then check the for sale forum for the Group Buy on the R Side Short shifter... i recommend getting the advanced shifter from R Side.. its probably one of the best short shifters out there for the tib right now..

so with all that said.. you should still do some searching around and get some more knowledge about the products for the tiburon.. and you can decide which you want to go for.. what i've told you is only scratching the surface..
here are some sites or places you should check out for tiburon products..

www.kspec.com
www.ebay.com
shop.hyundaiperformance.com
www.importshark.com
www.sharkracing.com
www.speedstate.com
www.speedmotion.com

thats all i can think of right now.. if anyone else has any to list then please do..

Damn bro, you got lots of reading to do, just look around the site, you can order a bunch of shiat through the HP.com store. Just use the SEARCH button and the SHOP HP.COM button in the right hand corner.

I think basically you're gonna want,

AEM intake
Rside Advance Short throw shifter, (in the for sale section, its a group buy)
MBRP exhaust available at www.speedstate.com
Probably some HVE headers if you can find em, otherwise just go on ebay and buy some SS autochrome headers for no more than 150 bux
Go to www.haloz.com for some pretty lights that make you go faster:
and pick up like an SAFC-II for some fuel tuning
