Default !!HELP!!! Bumper Removal on RD2. what a biotch.

dude i need help like whoa... i was tryin to remove my front bumper on my 2001 Tiburon today. yeah i read the steps that i got from hmaservice. got to the last step and i was lost..:sleepy: where the hell are the damn bolts to get the rest of the bumper off?!?!?!? how hard is it to remove a bumper cover.. JESUS... also i duno about neone else but i had to break my god damn corner lenses to get em out. they still bolt up but this thing broke where the corner lense connects to the head lights.. neway PLEASE HELP. i wanna to a mock up of the body kit bumper b4 it gets put on.

thanx man. theres only a couple under the air dam??? is that it. cuz that will seriously piss me off. and then someone will die. i was at that point, went to take one of em out and then thought to myself.. this is taking wayy too longgg. o man. guess ill have to try again.. i just didnt wanna break nething else tryin to take it off.

Its really easy to take off the bumper. As for the cuda 2 bumper the garage will have to sand down the area on the top where the metal strip bolts to, where the hood is or it will not close all the way, corners are a little rough but very easy fix.. good luck with it.

thanx DP. yeah i put the little metal strip up to the Cuda 2 bumper and it looked like it fit pretty good. can't wait for it to go on . i'll have to try taking off the bumper again tomm. wont know about fitment until i get my CF hood. hopefully its same as stock.

ur lucky man, really. i was searchin around for the bolts for like 30 min... i didnt want to accidently unbolt the whole front end and have it kill me, but after u do it oncce its really not thats hard..... after u break the corner lenses and all, ur good.:

HMA SUCKSS!!! no i just put it all back together, although i am an idiot. i had it all apart and just didn't give it enough pull to come off. i was worried of something else braking. so i am a complete and uber DUMB@SS :dead::dead: ill try again l8r..... or actually my body shop guy will be the next one to remove it :
