Default lights

this is real gay..........my left headlight (looking at the car) low beam is real bright than my right headlight.......the adjustments r perfect for the high beams but the low beams r being funny..........i kno that if u move the beams up and down they r the same for the high and low beam......but i don't know y the left one is brighter than the left and yes i changed bulbs already and i moved the left bulb one to the right one and vice versa......but the left is just too bright and it also flashes when i had my buddy get into my car and take it for a spin, and when he came towards me i saw the light flash only on the left side even changing the bulbs..............this is really gay so help with some suggestions...........i might think too much power is headed to the left side causing it tooo be bright and flash.....

well.... is it a flash, or is the cut off on the lamp right at your eye level? With the sharp cut off these cars have, if you are near that dividing line, it will appear as though the lights are flashing...

One more thing, i've noticed that the tib standard lights are not very bright.. it dulls in comparison to almost any other car on the road. I fixed the grounding cables to the engine from the battery, but to no effect. I'll be checking out the lights at the shop tonight but i just wanted to confirm, is this how the lights are?

The reason they are duller is because the headlights are set up differently. heres an example. if you take the H7 blub for the tiburon and make it a halogen, and put it next to the BMWs stock halogen, the BMWs is much brighter. The reason for this is because we have projector lenses in our tibbys. Although may people will buy this kind of headlights aftermarker, it distors the light, and the blue of the halogen gets distorted.

I have found that Tib lights are brighter ON THE ROAD than most other cars I have driven.. including my Eurovan. WHen looking at them from outside the car though, they do appear dull. Projector beams are known for that.. they have very little stray light to strike the eyes and make the lamp look bright.

no... (Looking At The Car) the left headlight (ON LOW BEAM) is brighter than the right side of the.... but on HIGH BEAM they are the same brightness........also while driving and pulling up to a car .. i can see the reflection of the light in front of me on the other car and the left one is brighter and i can hardly see the right light..........And They both r the same bulbs and i switched the bulbs and still got the same thing..........

if one headlight is dimmer than the other.. start checking connections. You either have a corroded connector someplace that is building up resistance.. or your ground is suspect

Could it be because of your position? have you tried looking at them from the copilots side? I have the prob that they are to low, but I don't want to take them higher because the high beams are just in the perfect spot.
