I noticed recently that for some reason my tib is acting up, I am not sure but as far as I can tell it almost co-incides with when I changed my tires and brakes. I noticed now that it is slow to respond at take off revs around 3-4K RPM's before starting to pull away...once i am on the highway it seems to respond better but when I give it gas revs up to about 5-6K RPM's before starting to accelerate...I have 58K Km's and am closing in on the anniversary of my warranty. I know I have to change my belts for the AC but not sure if that would be related...I have a feeling it might be the clutch???? anybody have something similar? suggestions ideas?
Thanks in Advance for any help

I think it was Random who said this one (at least for the 5-speed Tibs):
Put your car in 3rd gear at low RPM's and begin to accelerate. If your RPM increases at a different rate than your speedo, your clutch is slipping.
Since your car is on warranty, why haven't you just taken it back to the dealership?
yeah I will be taking it into the dealer...for some reason autobot said it is not covered under the warranty...i live in canada maybe from what I can see everyone from canada is saying bring it to the dealer....
so will do I will also try the 3rd gear test mentioned and let you know what happens...
Thanks

My clutch didn't wear out, but it came apart at 400 miles. Covered by warranty.
