I'm getting one as soon they get here in my area, and I was wondering how much i'll have to pay for insurace, cause my parents are buying me the car, but I gotta pay for the insurance myself. The new tibby is classified as a sports car rather than an econobox like the 1st and 2nd gen, so it will be a bit more expensive, especially for a 16 year old.

I've got a 2.7 right now, I bet I could get it up to 3.0. I got a clean record, and yeah, full coverage, and no tickets. I'm a guy btw, I know that affects insurance a little.

Aw......I'm screwed, I work as a basketball scorekeeper.....ah well, i'm still paying less that a friend of mine, he got himself a '97 supra twin turbo....id like one of those, but my dad's only gonna spen under 20k and he'll only get me a new car, nothing used....don't ask me why....

About 2 years ago, so I was like 18, my dad was gonna get me a car cuz I was going to college. That day, I was very excited. I would think a '97 Supra TT would be higher on insurance then a Tiburon though.
Although, if it weren't for a couple small factors I would have gotten one this year and store it over the winter. They are under $20k US btw (like try a '96).
