which tire for all-season driving?

i bought a 98 tiboruon fx a month ago, and tires that came with the car are really horrible. I am looking for a all-season performance tire, but I don't know which one is better. I looked at the tirerack.com and bf goodrich Traction T/A looks like really good and cheap.
Any ideas?

PS: I am living in Maryland and i am commuting to DC 4-5 days a week, so I will use the car on light snow also.
