Well it says 91-95 SCoupe so I doubt they'll fit the Tib without modification.

well if you type in carbon fiber mirrors at ebay this company is selling them for all kinds of diferent cars, it so happens the i clicked on the hyundai scoupe one, so i am wondering since they have them for so many cars on ebay if they are universal:
