Default Re: just installed headers

i want to go ahead and say no.

here's why

the obx high flow cat (unless they really developed one) is a piece of straight pipe with flanges welded on each end... the 2nd o2 sensor is there in order to measure the efficiency(or lack thereof) of the catalytic converter. in his case, a piece of straight pipe will not show nearly identical readings to that of the 1st o2 sensor.

your best bet would be to order one of those nice carsound catalytic converters that have o2 bungs built in.

ok i have the one 02 sensor in the flexpipe then after the flexpipe is the obx high flow.
so your sayin once i have the other 02 tig welded in the top header the light will still come on. if so then how can i get the cel to go off.
(so basically i am going to have the one 02 in the flexpipe and the other on top the header)
