Okay, so I figured out after I bought some nice headers that the manufacturer (SSAutoChrome) is illegal in states that follow California's air laws... so after spending a lot of time going through the list of manus that are legal, I can't find anyone that makes headers for a 01 Tib that I can pass I.M. with.

Is there one?

Nope not for cali becuase they are not CARB exempt

There are no carb certified headers for any Hyundai.
If your state does emission checks by hooking in to the OBD2 computer, then your best bet is to get a header that does not throw a cel. Your best bet is the Hotshot header.
