Could you be a little more specific? How many MPG do you get?
I used to get about 375 to 400 miles on a tank, with about 95 percent of that being highway miles.
Now I'm only getting about 320 to 330.

How many miles are on your car? If you're at 60,000 or more, do you have a fresh air filter, fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, timing chain, fresh gear oil or tranny fluid?

Try yanking your spark plugs........what do they look like? Are they really black and nasty looking? Does your exhaust smell funny? An hesitation?

Anyhow, how many miles per tank do you get and how much of that is highway driving?

Yeah, it's normal. I commute to work everyday and highway speed is about 3000 RPM. It's got "performance" gearing. What they do is give you taller gearing, which gives you better acceleration, but sacrifices top end. A 6th gear could have been very beneficial to our cars, prolly putting them up near 40MPG.

I used to get between 28 and 30, now I'm getting about 25 to 27. I need to tune it up and see what that does for me. I've been putting it off as it's only one of 4 different cars I drive. I've been driving it more lately since winter came 'round since I don't expose two of my other cars to the weather, so I suppose I should do it soon. I plan on changing the plugs, wires and cleaning my K and N, as well as flushing the radiator, changing the fuel filter and getting a new battery. I've got about 53,000 miles on it.

If that doesn't get my mileage up I plan on taking it to the dealer because I've exhausted every option that I know or could personally take care of myself.

The 6 speed wasn't available in the Tiburon until the 2003 GT.
