Default summer tires choice

i need tire for next summer...

I have the choice to put 205/45-16 or 215/40-16...my last set of tires was 205/50-16 and it was really crap size...but it wasn't me that purchase those...

My choice in tires company:
BFGoodrich g-Force Sport
Yokohama Parada Spec-2
Yokohama AVS ES100
Dunlop SP Sport FM901
Falken Ziex ZE-512
Falken GR Beta FK-451
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
Nitto NT 450

I need advice as I don't know much about the handling of the tiburon...I do know that the 205/50-16 I was riding on was off mark...the profile wasn't right(it need 40-45 and not 50) and i do know that the 205 wide is great for cornering...

What I need now is driving impression with tires listed above that anyone tried and if there's someone here that have gone extreme and put 215 or more...

For know price is not really in my tought...I do know that i will put between 350$ and more...I got the money to spend...and I also know that in canada here we get 50% wet weather in the summer so I need a sticky dry tire and a great performer in wet condition...

Thanks for all advice you can give me...I really appreciate.

I have the Yokahama AVS ES100's. They are great on dry pavement, but not good on wet. Especially when starting from a stand still. I wish I could blame it on an insane amount of torque, but that's not the case. The handling is great, cornering is awesome. These tires are not made for comfort. You will feel everything on the road and they require your full attention or you will end up off the road, but I prefer this type of response anyway.
Next summer I will look for another UHP tire with better wet traction.
Check the last two issues of SCC. They have had some pretty good (wide range) tire reviews.

BFGoodrich g-Force Sport - not sure about them, if these arent the KD's.
Yokohama Parada Spec-2 - junk
Yokohama AVS ES100 - good grip, softish sidewall, great wet traction
Dunlop SP Sport FM901 - junk
Falken Ziex ZE-512 - quiet, soft sidewalls, longish life, ok grip
Falken GR Beta FK-451 - azenis with rain traction
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 - everything the ES100 is, but worse
Nitto NT 450 - absolute crap

Tires that should be on your list is the Goodyear F1DS (similar to the ES100, but better), and for all-out handling the Bridgestone S-03, Falken Azenis (the new one), and the Kuhmo MX.

For my car, I'm debating between all out grip (azenis) or quiet&comfort with some grip (512's).

Anyone hear any good things or have experience with Federal SS595 tires?
