they do not. if you see one its a scam. unless you get your computer reprogrammed or get a new one programmed for your mods, but the 10$ speedchip is a scam.

my local dodge dealer sell's these device's called powerchips,

basically it looks like a car code diagnostic meter with an LCD But do these product's help, or do they just make the A/F Mixture lean to extract more power and send the piston ring's to an early grave??

yeah powerchips is a company, not 100% sure if there is a Hyundai chip
