I went by my local hyundai dealer today and spoke with the dealer, i was putting my pre order for the gt 6 speed. He was talling me that they were importing a VERY limited nnumber of 2003 tibs and an even more limited number of gt 6 speeds. He told me 300 gt 6 speeds. If this is true get them while you can cause they wont last long. Anyone else hear anything like this?

He may be saying that to inflate the price... not give you a good deal, etc.
if he crates a supply and demand in your mind, he can sharge whatever the hell he wants, don't pay a penny over MSRP and have them include the DOC prep fees in the MSRP if you can't talk them under

Well ive got a good price out of him already, but what he told me is that they will make a lot of v6's but not a lot of v6's WITH the 6 speed. Tell me what you think of this price. GT with the 6 speed leather cd sunroof for $20,340.

In houston i found about 10 6 speeds already, so i think he is wrong about the # being sent out. As for the price....its not horrible, but sticker in houston is around 19k flat, maybe 19.5 for the 6 speed totally decked out. I think u should look around & try to get a better price.

i dont know about tax tag and title, I also heard that they are not importing the 4cyl with a manual transmission. I dont think that can be right...this is just what i've heard. Originally i wanted the 4cyl 5 speed, and puit in a pre order and everyone i called only has the auto. But i saw that the prices on the GT were way lower than i thought and my insurance was gonnabe way lower than i thought so i decided to go with the GT. Ill see if ic an talk my dealers down in price, they are extremely helpful with me....they told me that they would hold the car as long as i want if i give them $200 to hold. Then if i decide that i dont want the car they will refund the #200 with no problem. But they said that as soon as the car arrives they take it to the back, clean it up and it sits there till i want it. n o one drives it but the mechanic. I called a few other dealers and asked if theyd hold one adn all of them said no way.

OK I spoke with my dealer again today, he told me that they were only shipping 300 GT 6 speeds to the southeast. AND i asked them if when i get ine if they could leave off the tinting striping and paint sealant that they add in. I looked at a 4 cyl auto it was priced at 17,300 and with the striping and paint easler it was over 20K. That useless shit pisses me off.
