Default Are the "cracked headers" infact a recall?

I know the whole story of some people haveing stock headers that somehow get cracked. But did Hyundai actually recall it? I have been searching the internet and haven't been able to find it for the 2K or 2k1 tiburons. Or did Hyundai just let it slide? Thanks guys.

I am guessing the only way to tell if I have a cracked header is to take off the heat shield? Or are there other symptoms? For those of you who had this work done...where was the header cracked exactly?
