That's too awesome..

So it's possible to bolt on the awd equipment from a cp9a evo 3 or 4 into a tiburon?

I wonder if i could do something like that if i had a RD and $5000,

I'm sure the driveshaft's and the diff installation were the hard part's,

That thing is totally insane!!!

Mmmmmm... Got me thinking maybe I should save up my money and do an evo swap like this guy did, instead of boosting the hyundai motor to 20psi with the smt6. Heck, since the ecu's for them are already set for around 15 psi or so, 20 could probably be done with very slight modification. Anyways, I will probably just boost the hyundai anyways...

How much do you think it cost the guy to do the engine/awd swap?

I figure what I am trying to do will cost an easy $5000 with lsd, maybe I should look into that swap further. What would I do about emissions though?

Thanks.8D

dood, they are in Thailand. I don't think you could do that for 5 grand.

I have a feeling these engines are more available in thailand for some reason....

Everything is so cheap over there, esp labour costs.

Thats what I was thinking, similar to Cuba...ie, average person makes $17US/month so give them 300 and youre set...
