Default rims for 2000 tib

I have a 2000 tibby and ordered motegi FF7.. i know the 17x7 will fit, but the lug pattern is what concerns me. I've spoken to many stores which deal rims and consistantly say they are 95% sure that these will fit. that 5% of uncertainty worries me. I am lug-pattern retarded, so if anybody has ever tried thses rims or can figure this problem out for me and perhaps explain it (in a stupified version) it would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

17x7 is not a lug pattern...

Your lug pattern is 4x114.3, make sure those rims are the same.

the lug pattern is simply the:

1. amount of studs.

x

2. the diameter the studs fall on.

if the bolt pattern is 4x114.3, then that means there are 4 studs equally spaced on a circle with a diameter of 114.3mm.

17x7 is the size of the wheel. 17 is the diamter in inches, with a 7inch width.
