Default Warped Rotors?

when I apply the brakes on my car, I feel the pedal shake and the car shake, is this warped rotors?

I had that, but only after my rotors were nice and hot (we're talking only after 6+ hours on the highway). I warped those puppies good!

Fronts were replaced under warranty.
