Default need more hp

2001 tib with cold air intake, full exchaust and strut tower. want to but cams in and upgrade uce. having trouble finding cams and ecu upgrades. and also what else beside turbo, superchager and n2 can i do to gain major hp.

i think u can run the 1.8 cam in that engine , port ur intake and get a bigger t.b and intake manifold spacer from sharkracing maybe run the 1.8 ecu u have to get the rite 1.8 ecu thou from what i here that add more fuel with that set up u should gain some power ! also if ur goin turbo check out the turbo section on here there plenty of info there good luck !

we call them crower cams i believe. ecu, sfr. but check newtib. they know there shit. i mean u can get the ngm manifold, bbtb, headers, exhaust, nitrous. what are you aiming for? i dont own a tib, but i sure know alot aboput them. is this the 6 or 4?

have you thought about getting your ecu remapped or an underdrive pulley kit? you may want to go ahead and get springs and polyurethane bushings first though, this will increase the power to the wheels, and you will be amazed in the difference in handling. Everybody I know that has done polyurethane bushings has said that it is the best upgrade they ever bought.

ive called crower cam b4 they wont do a set of custom ground cams for a hyundai motor , webbcams is the only place that does cost around 650 and takes 2-3 weeks u gotta send them your cores though .

get a remapped ecu from kdmstuff.com or sharkracing.com

their remapped ecu's will make your car run better, faster,better mileage and rev higher..up to 7500 RPM from 6500RPM

well, its a manifold. stage 4 by ngm. ibut since i spend alot of time on nt, heres a link to bangalang(ben from chicago) tiburon with his ngm stage iv manifold. as well as they have some one that can regrind them for you.

this place i jus found out about called coltcams.com does custom cam grinding , for both cams its 420 shipped check em out and this place called powerchip.com does chips for our ecus 290 plus shipping
