screws in brake rotors

hi guys
my tibby has screws in between my bolts on my brake rotors when i changed my rims the guy at the tire shop took them out to make the rims fit. are these screws important have been driving it for over a month and no probs.
what u guys think

No, the two small screws are not important and you may leave them out.

Yeah, i have gone with out mine for the past 30k miles, its not a problem.

They hold the rotor on when the lug nuts are removed.
