A common mod is a 4G64 block with a 4G63 head... Basically, a 2.4L 4G63 stroker. Lots of low end torque and high end power. Look into dsmtuners.com and you'll find a plethora of ideas.

that is a future engine build up for me, got the block just need to build it up and slap a twin cam head on it. power oh yes

The 4g63t is way better than the beta.

Not if you're looking for a motor to go in the Tib. Boosting a Beta costs less than half what it would cost to swap in a 4G63, which is mounted backwards compared to a Beta.
