Default Guides online for repairing hyundais

I remember a while back that there was a website with guides on how to do different maintenance task on Hyundais. I have a 1998 Hyundia tiburon and need to understand how to change the rotors. My father in law is saying that the hub and bearing needs to come out. However the dealership is saying the rotor should come right off the stud.

I know 2003-up GK tibs do not require the hub to come off but I believe RD Tibs do (at least on the front). So I believe your father in law is correct.
