Default Hyundai finally made the grade in Canada

Well according to all the car thieves in Canada, its official, Tibs are number 1. For the year 2000, Tibs were the most stolen cars in Canada. The Accent was 5th on list. And all u Canucks are wondering why the insurance is high for the Tibs. As they say, car thieves only steel whats popular or best on the road....

It's played around numbers. Percentage stolen compared to percentage sold.

So if 10 are sold, and one is stolen, that's 10%, compared to 1000 civics sold, and "only" 99 stolen, which is only 9.9%
