Default Alaram for the Tiburon

Guys, I want to get a good alarm for my 2k3 Tiburon. What is a good alarm with starter. I know CompuStat is a good alarm, but it is more for show. Any recommendation? Clifford?

Any one from Toronto area? Where is a good place to get my alarm done?

Thanks

I got an Avital Phoenix system installed with auto windows. It wasn't cheap but by baby was worth it. I got at Future Shop. I know they are expensive but they had a flat rate installation. That turned out to be a smart move cause it was a bitsh to install.

Avital is the same as Clifford.

Except for the base Tib , they all come with an factory alarm system and immobelizer in Canada. Unless you really want an after market one, I like Viper systems, better then the Clifford I have on my 98 Tib, longer range but it eat batteries faster then the Clifford. Dont know about auto starter, esp for manuals. Dont trust them. But thats just me

in US cars we get an alarm too. a doosey of one at that. it beeps horn and blinks lights only if you unlock the door and open it or force open the hood. u can open the hatch without it going off. no shock sensor, no flashing LED. but hey, who pays attention to them nowadays anyway?

I know that the GSR in Canada came with a basic alarm. But it is useless. I want to get a better one, with better features.

Im getting part of an aftermarket alarm installed on Wed and really cant wait im still paranoid with the tib. Caught 3 people with NO respect on video camera spitting on the drivers door and some Bitch rolling around on the hood! It figures the Cops didn't do anything. Sorry for getting off topic but Im getting a Viper prox sensor and got a Millennium SF pager system hooked up into the factory alarm system. The shop installing it all is Radioactive here in Burlington and is pretty good with the install rates. Well hope it should do the trick and keep people away since in our underground parking there has been alot of kids breaking into cars.

Sure tuscaniturbo I have the website and they have the phone # on it and directions for you. its http://www.radioactive1.com/

Since im getting the system added to the factory alarm he said it will take about 4 - 6 hours just to get the system adjusted and the wiring correct. If you go with a complete alarm system he said It shouldn't be that difficult to install but he said also that he has never worked on a 2003. If you decide to give them a call I will give you the name of the guy doing the install for me but I cant remeber his name till I see him again on Wed.

I don't see any LED on the 2003. What place is good to have the LED installed?

Anyone know a good place to install the alarm system around Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, or Richmond Hills areas?
