I just upgraded to 17-inch wheels. And so I have some brand new tires and wheels from my 2002 Elantra. They are 195/60/15 Michelins and they are in perfect condition (just 2,500 miles). Here is what they looked like on my car:
I'd prefer to sell both the wheels and the tires. Anyone interested? I live in Garland, TX.
Well, it would normally cost about $200 for four cheap tires. Then at least another $300 for steel wheels with covers. So, that would be $500 just for that. Then you'd have to pay for mounting and balancing which could be around $50. That works out to $550 for tires that aren't as nice.
So, how about $400? You would also have to pay for shipping.
Maybe if their friend steals them first. lol. My 17-inch wheels and tires cost me $915... and that was the wholesale price.
It might be kinda hard to find someone needing stock wheels & tires, but I think I'm asking a pretty fair price -- although it is negotiable. If I don't get an offer, then I might have to try ebay, or a used tire shop as a last resort.
But, I can't really just hold onto them forever. They take up too much space.
