WTB: Neon Blue Racing Pedals (Automatic)

I'm looking for some universal neon glowing racing pedals for my automatic Tibby. By universal, I mean no drilling, where they just fit right over the existing pedals. I believe these are also referred to as Electro Luminescent, so if anybody has any of these lying around or knows where I can get a good deal, let me know. I'm looking for less than $30 shipped.
