It is Black and still has both decals and instructions. No marks, perfect condition

Unorthodox list a different part number so I would say no it doesn't fit.

If this is for a 1.5L, it should fit the 95-99 1.5L sohc engine as well (I would think)

95-99 1.5L sohc (thanks to webtech, sorry for big pics!)
