FS: Wheels and nose bra

It's for a 99 Tib; the wheels are the factory five spokes with the center cap that has the T in it. The rims were only used in the summer and the wheels are in perfect condition. Best offer will get both.

Where are you located at? I'm interested in the rims. Do they come with or w/o tires?
