1. 2 of the tires have tread that's pretty much almost brand new(they were on the rear of the car). The other 2 tires still have decent tread, but it is getting a little thin. You can stick a quarter in the tread on those 2 tire and it almost comes up to Washington's head. On those 2 tires, on the far outer edges they are worn down almost bald, but this is a small strip around the tire that is only about 3/8" wide that is actually almost bald.
2. The rims have not been curbed, but there are some spots on the rims from the machine used to remove the tires. Right along the lip that meets with the tire. But the marks are minor. The finish inside the lug nut holes is coming off a little. It came off a little becasuse of the heat from the brakes during the road course events.
3. Shippping would be around $75 average or so for all 4. This is what a friend tells me anyway that works for a packaging/shipping company.
