Default FS: GREAT condition, low mile '98 1.5L SOHC engine (X3 accents)

Hey guys. I purchased a spare engine for my car, whenever this one blows up (99K right now and going). My plans were to swap it in, and continue to have reliable transportation, while I tore apart and rebuilt the old original one for turbocharging purpouses  Anyway, I don't think I am going to do that now.

However, there is still this great engine that I will not be needing for a bit, and I don't know if I will keep my car after this one dies.. or what. But anyway, if there is anyone who would like to buy it, I will be selling it!

It is a 1998 1.5L SOHC engine (G4EK) with about 43K on it when it was removed. I bought it from a reputable salvage company, All Hyundai & Isuzu Auto Recycling in CA http://www.allhyundaiisuzuparts.com/ . I bought from them and had it shipped to me because all their parts are very clean and in GREAT condition, unlike most of the 'junk' you see on ebay, sitting in puddles in the yard, covered in corrosion and dirt. I live in MD and had it shipped from CA for $125, just to let you know, so I can imagine it would not be more expensive that that if you wanted me to ship.. and in most cases, probably cheaper. I have had it sitting in storage where my father works, which is a perfect environment for such a thing to be kept (the garage where they maintain their company's trucks). Its ready to be dropped in, just bolt your starter motor and transmission to it!

I would like to sell it for around $300 plus shipping. Here are some pictures, very clean!

I'm not really sure how much a shop would charge. I don't like shops, heh.

Anyway.. it would be in your best interest to go and talk to some people and the local shops of your choice. Ask them what it would cost to swap one identical engine for another. Your probably looking at labor, and cost of oil/grease used. I don't know of anything else misc. that they would charge you for..
