Due to my fathers recent passing away late last april we are forced to sell his new Subaru Outback Lagacy Sport. It is currently a lease and if anyone is interested in a buy out or a lease trade, here it is. It only has 2000+ miles on it. All paint is in mint condition, tires are brand new. It is fully loaded. If it's a lease, contact the lessor. Most leases have a death clause that allows the estate of someone who paases to return the car with no penalties.

nope, already checked. Either give it back and lose out on over 6 grand, or resell on the lot and lose out on over 6 grand.

That's crazy! In Canada that if you die you just return the car with no penalties. That is pretty shitty man. I hope they sleep well at night.:dead:

Well there is a death clause which is only a little bit more added on to the bill every month, but only valid to people that do not have health issues. My father was a stroke victim about 4 years ago and had a previous heart attack back 12 years ago when he was 34. So it does suck that there are stipulations regarding health record and a death clause on a leased car. Its a beautiful car and I would take it over in a heart beat over my Accent, but only if it was the Manual 2.5 turbo :evil:
