Trade : 15" ROH Wheel for stock wheels - GTA

I have 4 15"x7 ROH wheels with Dunlop 195/50s
+35 Offset, 54mm center bore. Does not rub at all on my 2000 Accent GS.
2 tires are 75%+ tread and the other 2 tires are less than 50% tread.
Wheels have heavy crub scratches on the circumference of the rim, but not easily noticable. The rest of the wheel body is scratch free and no other deteriotation.

I would like to make a straight trade for stock 13" steels (must be for a 2000 Accent) with 175/70/13 ALL SEASONS tires that have excellent tread (equally)

I will also accept wheels with 155/80/13 tires or if the tires are not the condition I am expecting, we can trade + a little cash.
We can negotiate this.

I will be doing a lot of driving so I want two sets, one winter and all seasons.
I will not buy a stock set. Only trade please.
